October 11 2011, All of the first phase at Park Farm Snettisham is very nearly finished
Work has been picking up speed at Park Farm Snettisham with barns 1-6 nearly all complete, seeing the end of the first phase of development. These beautiful barns were open to visitors last weekend and it was a busy time as people came to look at how they'd progressed. Many will have seen the fabulous two page spread in the EDP property section last week. A wonderful quote from Michael McNamara; "The barns evolve as they are restored and each one is unique, which always has to be taken into account when you are converting them to the highest possible standard". The Snettisham site truly is unique and each barn in turn has its own individual characteristics. Come and see for yourself.

September 19 2011, Only a few weeks left to finish the First Phase at Park Farm Snettisham
The renovation project at Park Farm Snettisham has been underway since November 2010. Michael McNamara Associates are soon to complete the first phase of this project with 2 new houses and 6 barns almost complete. Below shows pictures of the first of these two barns which were completed just a few weeks ago. They are of beautiful quality and available to buy now. A further 4 Barns and 2 houses will be renovated in the second phase of this exciting project, these are also for sale and can be bought with building contract you could have input into. August 26 2011, Impressive Scores under the Considerate Constructors Scheme
Park Farm Snettisham has scored 35.5 out of 40 for the Constructors scheme.
'The site is maintaining a very high level of compliance with Scheme requirements. The Site Manager Guy McNamara is to be congratulated on the appearance of the site both internally and externally, and the co-operation with Snettisham Park which enabled them to receive their 70,000 annual visitors without disruption.'
Michael McNamara Associates pride themselves on a high work ethic that sees their site and their workers havng a great respect for those around them. These scores reflect that work ethos well with all categories marked as being 'beyond a high level of compliance'. Congratulations to Guy and the Team at Park Farm Snettisham.
August 18 2011, A sensational Open Weekend
Over 100 people came to view the barns at Snettisham over the weekend and clearly they have gone down well with comments such as "a triumph", "sensational", "beautifully finished" being the norm as people wallked around. The barns are already making a strong visual impact at Snettisham, and as more barns are completed and people move in will continue to do so and make a big contribution to the village and the community.

All Poppy's puppies have new homes and have settled in well.
June 30 2011, It's Full Steam Ahead this Summer at Park Farm Snettisham
Work has been in full force at Park Farm Snettisham where Barns 1 and 2 are well towards completion. A lovely new high quality kitchen has gone in to Barn 2, While Barn 3 has undergone a great transformation looking glorious with its scaffolding removed. Cartshed garages have gone up outside the first of our barns in the development site at Snettisham. Work is progressing quickly inside too...

Work began at Park Farm Snettisham in November 2010, the first phase of a two year project to renovate 10 barns and build 4 new houses, is well underway.
